Refund Policy
You have the right to return products purchased from Phil and Jo without any penalty. Please return them within 10 (ten) days after receiving the products.
Phil and Jo does not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both within the United States and internationally.
The right of return – in addition to complying with the terms and procedures described above – will be considered correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

The product(s) must not have been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged.

The label(s) must still be attached to the product(s).

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

The returned items must be sent to Phil and Jo in a single delivery. Phil and Jo reserves the right not to accept products from a single order returned and delivered at different times.
If the Right of Return is exercised in accordance with the conditions above, Phil and Jo shall refund the amounts paid for the returned products in the same form as the original payment. Please note that shipping fees from the original shipment will not be refunded.
Phil and Jo will refund the amounts paid for the products, and if applicable, shipping fees, only if the products are returned due to reasons attributable to Phil and Jo. This includes cases where the products do not have the promised essential characteristics, have manufacturing defects, or were erroneously delivered. In such cases, you may notify us by email or telephone.
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and in any case, within 10 (Ten) working days following the date on which Phil and Jo become aware of your decision to exercise your right of return. We will promptly begin the refund process once it is confirmed that the conditions outlined above have been met.
If your return does not comply with the terms and conditions outlined above, you will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid to Phil and Jo. However, you are entitled to have the products sent back to you at your own expense on the condition they were returned to Phil and Jo. If you do not wish to receive the products in condition they were sent back to Phil and Jo, Phil and Jo has the right to withhold the products and retain the amounts already paid.
